Doctor Margaret Sears-DeMenthon offers a blend of traditional (aka allopathic), osteopathic, herbal, and homeopathic approaches to healing. Dr. Sears is a board-certified pediatrician who graduated from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine with honors. She is an elected member of the osteopathic fraternity, Sigma Sigma Phi. Upon completion of her pediatric residency at the University of Maryland in 1990, she practiced primary care pediatrics with a group of pediatricians in Ellicott City. Ten years later, in June 2000, she opened a practice in her home in Clarksville, Maryland.

Sharon Strain commands the front desk on Tuesday and Fridays. She is the mother of six children and has three beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time she heads up a book club, travels the world, (especially Ireland), and paints watercolor.

Rusty Wills heads up the front desk on Monday and Wednesday. She is also a grandmother and likes to visit her cabin in the woods in her spare time.
